Prep
Below learn more about the specific prep processes we use to finish or fix your substrates properly.

Drywall Repairs
Started drywalling and don't want to finish it? Or have years of wear and tear left your walls tired and in need of a refresh?
Simple drywall fills and sanding will create a smooth painting surface and solve this.
With every interior job we estimate to fill any dents/dings and fix any unfinished drywall corners to take walls to smoother heights.
Caulking
Caulking is an important step in the prep process.
On the outside it is is essential to seal water out and prevent rot.
Inside it is essential to the final finish of a home. It creates a clean, seamless look.

Sanding
Sanding is an essential part of prep to ensure smoothness.
We sand what we fill, so the wall looks seamlessly patched, we also sand between coats to ensure the final finish is as smooth as possible.
When working with new wood, we sand it to get it prepped for sealing with a stain or clear-coat.
Planning, Set-Up and Clean-Up
This step is most often neglected in the construction industry, but a good plan, and clean workspace makes all the difference in the efficiency of a job.
We plan our jobs accordingly to minimize time wasted looking for tools, or stumbling over materials.
Most importantly we clean-up daily and in-full at the end.
After we leave, your home should always look better than when we found it.
